All work is billed at the end of the month. My standard payment timeline is 15 days, after which a 10% charge is added, with an additional 10% fee applied after each additional month.
Coaching sessions can be canceled with no fee until 10am eastern time the day of the session. Any cancellation after that time incurs the full session fee.
If you're more than 15 minutes late for our session, I will cancel the session and charge the full amount.
Monthly clients are responsible for scheduling their session each month (with a helpful reminder link from me!). If a monthly client misses two months within a 6-month period, I will proactively remove them from my client list and let them know we are discontinuing.
As a client, you can choose to end our professional relationship at any time (the above policies still apply). Likewise, I may choose to end work with clients with a history of late payment, cancellations or lateness. Either way, stopping work should be communicated in writing, so we both know what's going on.

Scheduled, hourly work can be canceled with no fee until 10am eastern time the day of the work. Any cancellation after that time incurs a 50% fee for the total hours booked that day.
For any work that includes a lump-sum payment (like a speaking engagement), a 50% deposit is required prior to the agreed-upon start date. The other 50% will be invoiced at the end of the project (unless we've made other arrangements). If work is cancelled by me, I will return the retainer in full. If work is cancelled by you, I will keep the retainer.

Regardless of arrangement, I kindly request a slight flight upgrade to an extra legroom seat, if available, as well as 3-star or above hotel accommodations.
